The Service Desk is the central point of contact for all IT problems and IT issues. Our stakeholders include the various head offices in the individual countries as well as every store in the country. For this purpose, we provide our stakeholders with a central IT hotline. The application team is responsible for the support of all applications used in the company. (POS systems, service management, eCommerce systems, etc.). Furthermore there is a team in the service desk, which takes care of automations for different stakeholders. Among others the agents but also different business units.
