Senior Specialist Customer Experience & NPS (m/f/d)

About us

The NPS is one of the central KPIs in a customer centric organization. The team customer experience and NPS captures and reports the NPS on group level and enabled the countries and departments to interpret and implement the results. 

Your tasks

  • Capture and report the NPS for all MediaMarktSaturn countries
  • Provide individual country consulting and organize continuous exchange and learning for all countries
  • Enable countries to interpret the results
  • Continuously develop the NPS measurement and integrate new relevant aspects i.e. non buyer
  • Provide clear insights and recommendations to enable the fast and purposeful implementation of strategies and measures, to improve the NPS


  • Analytically thinking, advanced ability to draw insights from data and clearly communicate them
  • Knowledge in the use of standard CX applications would be ideal
  • Experience with international challenges in ambiguous work environment
  • Stakeholder management: able to build up strong relationships with country counterparts and project teams
  • Proactivity and hands-on mentality
  • Solution-oriented and pragmatic appraoch in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent presentation and communications skills in both English and German
