Your tasks

  • Conceive, design, setup, conduct, analyse and interpret research 
  • Serve as a sparring partner, enabler and supporter for UX Designers in their research endeavours
  • Help to scale up and refine the relatively new User Experience Research process and its integration into our product development cycle 
  • Break down silos of customer/user/market insights across the organisation and foster transparency and exchange of information
  • Continuous monitoring of UX KPIs and quality/adequacy of research conducted by the team
  • Internal knowledge and experience popularisation within the UX and other teams
  • Identify new challenges and recommendations for our product strategy from both primary and secondary research


  • Ideally you have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in HCI, Psychology, Sociology, Statistics, Cognitive Science, or related
  • Several years of experience conducting UX Research (or related) on the basis of scientific standards (appropriate research-oriented Master’s Programs may be counted towards that)
  • Understanding of human-centered/interaction design, usability as well as web and app technologies
  • Having an empathy and a flexible mindset 
  • Having (at least basic) knowledge of descriptive and inferential statistics
  • Have a profound knowledge of different qualitative and quantitative methods, and when to choose which to get the most promising data
  • Have an ability and experience in writing tasks and moderating user interviews in German is a plus
