About us

The Services and Solutions team manages the portfolio of service products sold in all of MediaMarktSaturn retail channels and country portfolio. We lead the way in designing and selling solutions, that allow customers to make the most out of their technology and that clearly differentiate MediaMarktSaturn as the leading category authority in Consumer Electronics in Europe.

Your tasks

  • Manage relationships with 3rd party vendors: negotiate contracts, setup programs, review and manage performance
  • Coordinate with the countries to run and manage POC of new value propositions and adjust as necessary; Evaluate results and rollout to portfolio countries as appropriate
  • Project manage program innovation: collaborate with other areas to create bundles and to ensure that program design is seamless and efficient at the stores and that the customer experience is delivered to expectations
  • Work with Controllership to manage country portfolio performance: share best practices, perform root cause analysis and initiate gap closing actions
  • Collaborate with Controllership and country teams to create a bottoms-up, drivers based budget for each country in the portfolio
  • Work with the stores, commercial, and eCommerce teams to create a roadmap to deliver and constantly improve on the commission services omnichannel experience

Requirements

  • University degree in business administration, economics  or engineering
  • Long-term professional  experience in retail, preferably consumer electronics
  • Expert knowledge of the services market in a retail setting
  • Ability to work cross functionally and with colleagues at all levels of the organization
  • Relentless customer focus and sharp knowledge of services economics
  • Results-oriented, analytical ability, effective communication
