Technical Program Manager (m/f/d)

To this end, several hundred developers, UX designers and system architects using state-of-the-art technology work hand in hand with business owners in agile teams to develop customer-focused technology solutions for more than 6 million customers every day in 13 countries.

Your tasks

  • Manage and oversee large technology projects (programs) in the Online Sales Channels area to meet objectives/deliverables in terms of value and quality
  • Manage and coordinate the rollouts, operational changes and technical cutover activities incl. test
  • Manage and optimize the flow of value through the program using various tools, such as the program and value stream Kanban
  • Monitor progress of projects, escalate impediments and perform pro-active risk management
  • Assist with economic decision-making by facilitating feature and capability estimation by teams (up to value stream and portfolio level)
  • Work closely with ProductOwners and Lead Engineers on their dependencies


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
  • Several years of experience in managing multiple projects at once and coordinating complex engineering projects across multiple teams
  • Software development background preferable in agile environments
  • Profound understanding of modern technology stack (Frontend/Backend technologies e.g React, NodeJS, GraphQL, REST, SQL, ...)
  • Experience in working with Engineers, participating in technical discussions and resolving discussions about priorities
  • Excellent communication skills (German language skills are a plus) with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels
